Andrew O'Shaughnessy is an entrepreneur and innovator with a passionate belief in the power of communications to transform how people work.

Frank Madden

Frank has a background steeped in manufacturing for the electronics industry in Ireland and Internationally. Frank is a graduate of both Cork and Sligo Institutes of Technology where he studied Electronic Engineering. Prior to founding Crest Solutions, he played an integral role in the team responsible for manufacturing at Apple Computers in Ireland.

As founder and CEO of Crest Solutions, Frank is dedicated to providing leading vision and traceability solutions and services to regulated manufacturing and packaging industries in Western and Northern Europe. Frank has built a multinational business with offices across Ireland UK, Benelux and Scandinavia specialising in Industrial vision and serialisation solutions for the LifeScience Industries.

Frank has built Crest Solutions on what he describes as a “Customer Funded Business” and speaks passionately on the benefits of resisting external funding for as long as you can. With revenues in excess of € 35Million for 2018 and with over 180 employees Crest Solutions has established itself as is one of the leading suppliers to the Pharmaceutical industry.

In 2015, Frank was a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards which recognises outstanding business leadership in Ireland. Frank is currently leading Crest Solutions into the United States market.
