PFH’s Training Division in Cork is providing Free I.T. Training to those recently made redundant.
it@cork member PFH announced that it is to offer complimentary training courses in I.T. to help those who have been made redundant during the last six months.
“It is important that we support people as much as possible in these times of economic change” commented Paul Hourican, M.D., PFH at the announcement. “The local community has been very supportive of PFH over the years, respecting the fact that we were local, using local expertise and fully-Irish owned. “Computer skills are a necessity for many roles and these courses are all, professionally instructor-led,” says Catherine O’Keeffe, Training Manager at PFH. “We’re going to provide a mix of Microsoft training packages – Introduction to Computers & E-mail and the Internet; MS Word and MS Excel, on the following dates in April (16th April, 24th April and 30th April) - to assist people to upskill.
