Who should attend?

All who wish to pass the new CBAP® Version 3.0 certification exam and become a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®).

 

Objective                   

This comprehensive training course will prepare the student for the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ exam, walking through the BABOK in detail.

 

Qualifications            

This course is approved and audited by the IIBA. Students who successfully complete this course are awarded 32 hours of professional development training documented via a Certificate of Completion from Aspira. Completion of this course means that participants meet the requirement for both Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) and Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) certification.

 

Overview                   

The course will introduce the Business Analysis Body Of Knowledge (BABOK®) and many of the industry techniques and processes that are critical to making you a better business analyst. This comprehensive training course will prepare you for the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) exam and was designed, created, and is taught by CBAP® recipients to help others focus on the critical areas to study and to provide insights into the exam.

 It is the new framework of knowledge outlined by the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) version 3.0 and includes over 900 sample CBAP® exam questions to make you ready and know what to expect come test time. Additionally, you’ll learn test-taking tips and strategies, along with other practice exercises to reinforce the material.

Damien Kearns, Aspira, is a highly motivated, experienced trainer specialising in both project management and business analysis.  Damien is a certified PMP® and Prince2 Certified. As both a trainer and a working project manager one of his key strengths lies in his ability to bring real time and real life experience into his training. Damien has worked in large IT organizations and he brings this experience to bear. 

Damien’s delivery style is to provide information and facilitate student learning, by using examples from his extensive project management and business analysis experience he enables the students to relate the learning outcomes to actual project situations.
