Diversity Matters: Vulnerability in the Workplace

Join us for our next Diversity Matters event which is at 12 noon on Thursday 5th of May.

Listen and engage with expert panellists as they discuss the types of vulnerability often encountered in the workplace. Each of the panellists will share their thoughts on how to cope with vulnerability in the workplace and how employers can help prevent it from happening and/or help to manage it. This webinar will touch on some sections of society that are vulnerable, and require additional support/accommodations in ways of working. If done correctly, this can create a win-win for both the company and the employee. This includes: disability, neurodiversity, impostor syndrome, return to work, age, authenticity.
