Overview of panelists
Vero is a Talent Acquisition Advisor with Dell Technologies. She joined Dell Technologies as part of the Talent Acquisition team 3 years ago when she left Slovakia and moved to Ireland. She specializes in recruiting for technical teams across Services and Digital business units. She also drives projects to increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace, such as Teen Turn, Summer IT Academy and STEM Aspire. Prior to Dell, she worked at Amazon for 4 years, recruiting for commercial business units and leading local brand and university relations initiatives.
Dr Amin Sharifi Isaloo lectures on Race, Ethnicity and Migration in University College Cork and he is a member of the USWG with direct experience of being a migrant in this country. His general research interests include sociology, political anthropology, symbolic politics, political theories and methodological approaches to the understanding of uncertainty in politics and instability in societies.
Mary works on HR Engagement Programs, Diversity & Inclusion and is Internal Relations Leader in IBM. She has a unique experience mix, with 14 years business leadership and 11 years HR professional experience, which enables her to connect with clients and provide HR solutions that work.

Holly is a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Management Team, with over 4 years of experience supporting public and private sector clients. With a focus on talent, Holly has a wide range of change management, HCM Cloud, workforce transformation and diversity and inclusion experience. Recently, Holly supported the design and development of a D&I framework and strategy for a global insurance firm. Currently, Holly is building out the D&I service offering for Deloitte Ireland.
