Profile of panellists:
Patrick is a three-in-a-row All-Star winner, Cork Senior Hurling Captain and plays for Glen Rovers for Cork Senior Championship. Throughout his career Patrick has followed a strict regime when it comes to healthy eating and training to ensure that he can compete at his optimal performance.
Suzanne is an experienced Producer/Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Commissioning & media production industry. Suzanne has worked for RTÉ for over 12 years and current position is the Group head of Children’s & Young People’s Programming. She is also skilled in Commissioning, Script editing, Drama, Animation,Broadcasting, Video, Camera, Film, and Documentaries.
Brian is a wellbeing educator, speaker and adviser supporting organisations to promote and sustain wellbeing within their workplaces. He is the founder of the Workplace Wellbeing Ireland community and is responsible for the design and delivery of the Postgraduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness at Tangent, Trinity College Dublin. He is also the host of The Work Well Podcast . In his spare time Brian is bringing free resistance training to every county and community in Ireland through his parkHIIT project.

Valerie Green is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach, passionate about helping those with busy lives in a state of overwhelm, manage their stress levels through nutrition, lifestyle tweaks and mindfulness. Following her husband’s life changing stroke in 2016, Valerie graduated from IIN, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her mission to help her husband on his recovery journey and the fall out her children suffered, has driven her desire to help others manage their stress levels in order to live a happy and vibrant life with renewed energy and focus. Valerie works with clients from all over the world offering one to one coaching. She is also a full time Carer to her husband. Her passion is to enable others avoid burnout and the serious health implications that come with it and help get their lives back on track through nutrition, movement and wellbeing hacks.
