Description:
This award recognises the efforts of a school that achieves “excellence in education” through the development of student and /or teacher IT skills. The award will go to the school (Primary or Post Primary) that demonstrates an outstanding technology initiative that benefits the school and/or local region.
Criteria
- Award is open to primary and post primary sectors
- Schools must be based in Cork City or County
- Initiatives which enable students to develop software and/or hardware design and development skills will be prioritised (as distinct from using IT for multimedia, simple website or MS PowerPoint presentations)
