Nominations for the it@cork Leaders Awards are now OPEN

The it@cork Annual Leaders Awards acknowledges the best of South West Ireland’s thriving ICT community which encompasses tech enabled organisations, renowned multinationals, disruptive start-ups, SMEs and emerging companies. The Leaders Awards recognise all those who have gone further than most in the use of technology in their respective organisations and businesses. This year the it@cork leaders awards will be a ‘Celebration of Innovation, Impact and Excellence.’

The it@cork leaders’ awards categories are now open to applicants, with judging taking place virtually in the coming weeks. Year-on-year, the volume and calibre of applicants has significantly grown, and we have no doubt that it will continue to excel this year.

We are encouraging members, the general public and the tech community to get involved. Nominations will remain open until 31st October 2021, after which finalists and winners will be decided by a judging panel of expert industry representatives. The winners of the nine categories will be announced at a Gala dinner awards ceremony at Rochestown Park Hotel on Saturday 4th December 2021. 

The it@cork Leaders Awards are split into nine categories, seven of which are open to the public for nominations, and you can submit a nomination by clicking on the below links:

  2. Tech Scale Up of the Year (One to Watch) Award

  3. Multinational of the Year Award

  4. Excellence in Education Award 

  5. Smart Technology Innovation Award

  6. it@cork Skillnet Best Workplace Award

  7. Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact Award

  8. Tech Person of the Year Award

  9. it@cork Chairperson Community Award

The Tech person of the Year award will be selected by the it@cork Executive Board and goes to an individual who has demonstrated  many years commitment to the tech industry.

2021 marks the third year of the new it@cork Chairperson Community Award which will be selected by the it@cork Chairperson, Gillian Bergin. This award focuses on giving recognition to a particular group or project that has made a significant contribution to the community or region.
